MEET THE BAND SUE JONES Sue Jones was born to sing. After winning many talent quests as a child and teenager, Sue initially ‘discovered’by Molly Meldrum back in ‘87 when performing with Juno Roxus in a band called the Party Pies and was later signed to Molly’s label in 1998 releasing fronting ‘Redzone’ with their top 10 single ‘Jackie’. Sue has many years of television and radio experience under her belt including being a regular on Bert Newtons Morning show and live appearances on Video hits and Hey Hey it’s Saturday and as a sort after session singer, can be heard on countless jingles around the country. Sue’s duo Hitzone maintained a 20 year residency at crown casino performing 4 nights a week and has also been engaged for many high profile corporate events, launches and major sporting events such as the Melbourne Cup and was even flown overseas by Ford Australia to provide the sole entertainment for a major awards night. Her uncanny ability to mimic many female artist’s vocal sounds has certainly come in handy being able to not only do justice to Stevie Nick’s unique vocal sound but also that of Christine McVie’s. This point of difference makes the chain truly standout above all others providing an authentic homage to the iconic Fleetwood Mac. ADRIAN SCOTT AUSTRALIAN TOURING AND SESSION MUSICIAN, MUSICAL AMBASSADOR FOR ROLAND MUSIC WORLD WIDE. Adrian Scott is a rare breed of musician. He was the original keyboard player and arranger in Air supply at the time of their first debut Album of the same name was released in 1977 and in addition to his long career as a touring musician and musical director with the likes of legendary groups such as Air Supply, Little River Band, Kylie Minogue and Dragon, he has forged multiple careers not only as a performer, but also as musical director, writer, producer, demonstrator and sound designer. Adrian has been involved with Roland for more than 30 years, starting out as a demonstrator, then moving into R&D and sound creation. He has been helped develop many of the classic Roland synthesizers, sequencers and rhythm machines including the D-50, and all the Sound Canvas, Fantom, JV and Juno range of synthesizers & sound modules and this gives him an edge when reproducing the authentic keyboard sounds of Fleetwood Mac. FALLON WILLIAMS III ORIGINALLY HAILED FROM: CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, USA PERFORMED/TOURED WITH STEVE MARIOT HUMBLE PIE -: 1982-1983 WITH OTHER CREDITS INCLUDING TOM PETTY, BRIAN ADAMS, PETER FRAMPTON, RELAX WITH MAX, VANETTA FIELDS, CAPTAIN SPAULDING Fallon Williams is one of Australia’s most sought after session drummers with a list of who’s who credits to his name both nationally and abroad. An amazingly solid time keeper who plays with finesse and power across a wide variety of styles, Fallon is a welcome asset to the Rhythm section with the bonus of having worked extensively with Rick Petropoulos on other projects over the years. RICK PETROPOULOS Rick has a long and successful history in the Australian music industry as BASS PLAYER FOR THE FERRETS with hits such as NUMBER 1 SINGLE FOR 13 WEEKS – ‘DONT FALL IN LOVE’ and Janie May and then later with the THE MOTIVATORS has toured extensively with acts such as The RAMONES, STATUS QUO and THIN LIZZY to name just a few. Rick is a dynamic player and his love of good music and performing is really apparent on stage. Having worked on several projects with Fallon, this rhythm sections doesn’t get any tighter! PAULA REID (percussionist/vocalist) Paula is an accomplished lead vocalist in her own right and has many years experience as a backing singing credits such as Vanessa Amorosi and Marcia Hinds her additional strong harmonies help give the Chain that authentic Fleetwood Mac vocal sound. Also a solid percussionist, Paula’s talents adds another dimension to The Chain’s rhythm section especially where atmospheric touches are required which elevate the ‘Mac’s’ classics to a whole other level . DAVID HAMPTON (lead guitar) After a long hiatus from the music industry David is back on the scene after a significant ‘spiritual journey’ and has found not only himself but his love of guitar and performing again. His previous credits include original band SHEER HEART and cover bands such as THE AUSTRALIAN MADONNA SHOW, SICK EM REX, ANTS PANTS, RAUNCH AND HAMPTON AND JONES. One of Melbourne’s most versatile guitarists, David has spent many hours perfecting Lindsay Buckingham’s unique finger picking style to add authenticity to the overall sound. A very well liked and respected member of the band with his infectious happy chilled out persona he is constantly referred to as a stand out performer by members of the audience. Delivering 110% every time, his love of music and performing shines through and is certainly a wonderful asset to the Show. JORDAN ZDIMIROVIC Bringing his sensational lead vocals and harmonies along with his skills as a rhythm guitarist to the Chain, Jordan may be the youngest member of the band but don’t be fooled, this talented young man is a powerhouse! With a scholarship in music, perfect pitch and who also happens to be one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet, Jordan has already shown his worth since joining the band in April, powering out Lindsay Buckingham’s classic lead vocals to the delight of many admiring fans.
